Ingredients

  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1.5 tsp granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • 6 oz cold milk
  • 6 count ice cubes

Instructions

    Add instant coffee, sugar, and cold water to a small bowl. Whisk vigorously for 60–90 seconds until the mixture becomes pale, thick, and foamy.

    Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour cold milk over the ice until nearly full.

    Spoon the coffee foam on top, dividing it evenly. Pour any remaining coffee mixture into the glass and stir.

    Serve immediately with a straw, stirring before each sip.
