Ingredients
- 8 sheets phyllo pastry sheets
- 1.5 cups feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 whole egg
- 5 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

Mix feta, ricotta, dill, parsley, and egg in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Lay one phyllo sheet on a work surface. Brush lightly with melted butter.

Spread 3 tbsp cheese filling along the bottom third of the phyllo sheet.

Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then roll tightly like a burrito.
