- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ medium banana, frozen
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ cup granola
- ¾ cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 3 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed
