Ingredients

  • 1 packet frozen acai packet (unsweetened)
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ medium banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup granola
  • ¾ cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 3 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed

Instructions

    Add acai, yogurt, almond milk, frozen banana, and honey to a blender.

    Blend until smooth and thick, about 60 seconds. Consistency should be like soft-serve.

    Pour blend into two bowls, dividing evenly.
