Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup coconut milk (canned)
  • 1 tbsp, chopped fresh turmeric root, peeled
  • 1 tbsp, grated fresh ginger root, peeled
  • ½ cup orange juice (fresh or bottled)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Add mango, coconut milk, turmeric, ginger, orange juice, and honey to a blender.

    Blend on high until completely smooth, about 60 seconds.

    Pour into two glasses and top each with a thin orange slice and a small pinch of fresh grated ginger.
