- 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks
- ¾ cup coconut milk (canned)
- 1 tbsp, chopped fresh turmeric root, peeled
- 1 tbsp, grated fresh ginger root, peeled
- ½ cup orange juice (fresh or bottled)
