Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1.5 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 large bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 large carrot, bias-sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

Mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and brown sugar in a bowl until smooth.

Add beef cubes and toss to coat evenly. Let sit while you prep the vegetables.

Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

Working in batches, sear beef 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized but still pink in the center. Transfer to a plate.
