Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

    Pat wings dry with paper towels. Toss with salt and pepper on a sheet pan, spread in a single layer.

    Roast at 425°F for 15 minutes until skin starts to crisp and edges look golden-brown.

    While wings cook, whisk together soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and vinegar in a small bowl.

    Remove wings from oven. Pour glaze over them and toss to coat evenly.

    Return to oven for 10 minutes until glaze is sticky and glossy, edges caramelized.

    Serve hot straight from the pan or transfer to a plate.
