Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Pat wings dry with paper towels. Toss with salt and pepper on a sheet pan, spread in a single layer.

Roast at 425°F for 15 minutes until skin starts to crisp and edges look golden-brown.

While wings cook, whisk together soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and vinegar in a small bowl.
