Ingredients
- 12 oz pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 whole scallions, chopped
