Ingredients
- 1 cup instant white rice
- 5 cups water or vegetable broth
- 1.5 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- ½ cup frozen green peas
- 2 tbsp goji berries, dried
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 whole scallions, sliced (white + green parts)
