Ingredients
- 1.25 lb ground pork
- ¾ cup bread, finely torn into crumbs
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt and pepper

Mix ground pork, bread crumbs, minced onion, egg, and 1 tbsp mustard in a bowl until just combined.

Season with salt and pepper. Form into 12 patties about 2 inches wide and 0.5 inch thick.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

Working in batches, pan-fry frikadellen 3–4 minutes per side until edges are golden and centers feel firm.

Transfer cooked frikadellen to a plate and loosely cover to keep warm.

Whisk remaining 1 tbsp mustard with apple cider vinegar and 3 tbsp water in a small bowl.
