Ingredients
- 2 steaks (6-8 oz each) beef steaks (ribeye or ny strip, 1 inch thick)
- 3 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
- 6 cloves roasted garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme or parsley (chopped)

Pat steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.
