Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

    Combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and thyme in a bowl.

    Mash and stir with a fork until the herbs are evenly mixed throughout.

    Lay a sheet of plastic wrap, spoon the butter mixture onto it, and roll into a tight log.

    Refrigerate until firm, about 5 minutes, then unwrap and slice into pats.
