Ingredients
- 6 oz noodles (ramen, spaghetti, or lo mein)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, carrots)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
