Ingredients
- 8 oz dried noodles (ramen, lo mein, or egg noodles)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2.5 cups mixed vegetables (bell pepper, snap peas, carrots, or broccoli), chopped
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
