Quick Stir-Fry Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 oz dried noodles (ramen, lo mein, or egg noodles)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2.5 cups mixed vegetables (bell pepper, snap peas, carrots, or broccoli), chopped
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

    Boil noodles in salted water until tender, 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar in a small bowl until sugar dissolves.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Add garlic and cook 20 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.

    Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until edges char slightly.

    Add noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
