Ingredients
- ¾ lb langoustines or large shrimp, peeled
- ½ lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 ears corn on the cob, cut into 2-inch rounds
- 6 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes and corn with 2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp Old Bay, salt, and pepper.

Spread on a sheet pan and roast for 8 minutes until potatoes start to soften.

Meanwhile, melt remaining 4 tbsp butter in a bowl with garlic and 1 tsp Old Bay.

Pull pan from oven. Push vegetables to the sides and add langoustines to the center.
