Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ears corn on the cob, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 8 oz baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp cajun seasoning

Tear off two large sheets of heavy-duty foil. Divide potatoes, corn, and shrimp between them, arranging in a single layer.

Top each packet with 2 tbsp butter, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp cajun seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Fold foil tightly, crimp edges, and place seam-side up on a sheet pan. Roast at 425°F for 15 minutes until shrimp is opaque.

Carefully open foil (steam is hot). Drizzle any pan juices over the shrimp and corn, then serve in the foil.
