Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ lb lump crab meat
  • ¾ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ lb smoked sausage, halved lengthwise and sliced
  • 2 ears corn on the cob, halved
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 whole lemon (halved)
  • 4 slices sliced bread (crusty baguette or sourdough)

Instructions

    Heat oven to 425°F. Toss butter, shrimp, sausage, corn, and cajun seasoning on a sheet pan.

    Roast for 10 minutes until shrimp are pink and sausage edges crisp.

    Gently fold in crab meat — don't break it up. Roast 2 more minutes until heated through.

    Squeeze lemon over everything. Serve hot with bread for soaking up the buttery spiced pan liquid.
