Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ lb lump crab meat
- ¾ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ lb smoked sausage, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 2 ears corn on the cob, halved
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1 whole lemon (halved)
- 4 slices sliced bread (crusty baguette or sourdough)

Heat oven to 425°F. Toss butter, shrimp, sausage, corn, and cajun seasoning on a sheet pan.

Roast for 10 minutes until shrimp are pink and sausage edges crisp.

Gently fold in crab meat — don't break it up. Roast 2 more minutes until heated through.
