Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb live crawfish (or large shrimp)
  • 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1 cup corn (fresh kernels or frozen)
  • 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions

    Melt butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds—don't let it brown.

    Add sausage and cook, stirring occasionally, until edges are golden, 3 minutes.
