Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb pork ribs (small, thin-cut), patted dry
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ whole lime
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high until foaming, about 90 seconds.

  2. 2

Working in batches, sear ribs 3 minutes per side without moving — edges should be golden and crispy.

  3. 3

Return all ribs to the pan and scatter minced garlic over them.

  4. 4

Pour soy sauce around the ribs and toss gently for 2 minutes until garlic is fragrant and ribs glaze.

  5. 5

Squeeze lime juice over the top and taste — adjust salt and pepper as needed.

  6. 6

Serve immediately, spooning pan sauce over each portion; garnish with cilantro if desired.
