Ingredients
- 1.5 lb beef sirloin or chuck, cubed into 1.5-inch pieces
- 6 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 3 leaves bay leaves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
