Ingredients
- ¾ lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1.5 cups cooked white rice
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
