Ingredients
- 1 whole large egg yolk
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup neutral oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 whole baguette, sliced 1/2-inch thick
