Ingredients
- 2 whole banana
- ¾ cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
- 2 tbsp toppings (optional: sprinkles, chopped nuts, or cocoa powder)

Cut bananas in half crosswise. Insert a popsicle stick or skewer into each flat end.

Arrange banana pops on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 5 minutes.

Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between, until smooth.

Working quickly, dip each frozen banana into warm chocolate, coating all sides. Let excess drip off.
