Ingredients

  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 3 cups Fritos or corn chips
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup jalapeños, sliced
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium-high. Cook ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~6 minutes.
