Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots, roughly chopped
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • ½ whole lemon, juiced
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented
  • ½ cup water or ice

Instructions

    Add carrot chunks, ginger, lemon juice, orange segments, and water to a blender.

    Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until completely smooth and no pulp remains.

    Strain through a fine mesh sieve into glasses, pressing solids to extract juice.

    Serve immediately over ice if desired. Juice tastes best freshly made.
