Ingredients

  • 2 lbs carrots, chopped
  • 2 oz fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 2 whole oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

    Add carrots, ginger, oranges, water, and ice to a blender or juicer.

    Blend on high speed until completely smooth, about 60 seconds.

    Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into glasses, pressing solids gently.
