Ingredients

- 2 large eggs
- 1.25 cups whole milk
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter for cooking

Heat an 8-inch nonstick skillet or crêpe pan over medium-high heat. Lightly butter the surface.

Pour 3 tablespoons batter into the center and immediately tilt the pan in all directions to spread into a thin, even layer.
