Ingredients
- 1 lb fleischkäse (pork meatloaf)
- 4 whole semmel rolls or crusty rolls
- 3 tbsp yellow mustard
- ½ whole white or yellow onion
- ½ cup cornichons or small pickles
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Slice fleischkäse into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Slice onion into thin half-moons.

Halve the rolls horizontally. Spread mustard on both cut sides of each roll.
