Ingredients

  • ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ whole lemon (juiced)

Instructions

  1. 1

Toss graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl until the texture resembles wet sand.

  2. 2

Whip cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and lemon juice together until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

  3. 3

Divide half the graham crumb mixture among 4 serving glasses or cups, pressing gently to form a base.

  4. 4

Spoon the cheesecake filling evenly into each glass over the crumb layer.

  5. 5

Top with the remaining graham crumbs, pressing slightly so they stick to the filling.

  6. 6
