Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until resembles wet sand.

    Press 1 tbsp of crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of each liner. Use the back of a spoon.

    Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes with an electric mixer.

    Add powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat until fluffy and no lumps remain, ~2 minutes.

    Spoon filling into each liner, filling to the top. Smooth with the back of a spoon.

    Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
