Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 4 whole cardamom pods
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut (for rolling)

Instructions

    Crush cardamom pods to release seeds, then discard the husks and finely grind the seeds.

    Mix shredded coconut, condensed coconut milk, crushed cardamom, coconut oil, and sugar in a bowl until evenly combined.

    Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls between your palms until firm and tightly packed.

    Roll each ball in desiccated coconut to coat completely, pressing gently so it sticks.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
