Ingredients
- 1.5 cups hummus (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 rounds pita bread
- ½ cup Greek yogurt, full-fat
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds (or toasted pine nuts)
