Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups hummus (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 rounds pita bread
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt, full-fat
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds (or toasted pine nuts)

Instructions

  1. 1

Cut pita into triangles. Spread on a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden and crisp, ~5 minutes.

  2. 2

Spoon hummus into a shallow bowl or plate, creating a well in the center with the back of a spoon.

  3. 3

Pour yogurt into the well. Drizzle olive oil over yogurt and hummus in a thin stream.

  4. 4

Scatter parsley and pomegranate seeds over the top. Arrange pita chips around the edge.
