Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced
  • ½ cup olive oil, divided
  • 2 whole pita bread
  • 1 tsp sumac

Instructions

  1. 1

Pulse chickpeas, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor until mostly smooth.
