Ingredients
- 8 sheets phyllo dough sheets
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 count egg yolks
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)

Heat oven to 425°F. Line a muffin tin or small tart pan with phyllo sheets, brushing each lightly with melted butter.

Whisk milk, egg yolks, granulated sugar, and cinnamon together until smooth and combined, ~1 minute.

Pour custard into phyllo cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
