Ingredients
- ¼ lb ground beef
- 1 whole large flour tortilla (10-inch)
- ¼ cup nacho cheese sauce
- ½ cup round tortilla chips or fried tortilla shell, crushed
- ½ cup lettuce, shredded
- ¼ cup tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning (or cumin + chili powder + salt to taste)
Instructions
- 1
Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, ~90 seconds.
- 2
Add ground beef, breaking apart with a spoon. Cook until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.
- 3
Sprinkle taco seasoning over beef. Stir to coat evenly.
- 4
Transfer beef to a plate. Wipe skillet clean with a paper towel.
- 5
Lay tortilla flat. Spread sour cream on the bottom half.
- 6
Layer from bottom to top: lettuce, seasoned beef, crushed chips, tomato, nacho cheese sauce.
- 7
Fold tortilla in half, then into a triangle, pressing gently so layers stay intact.
- 8
Place wrapped Crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet over medium-high heat.
- 9
Toast until the bottom is golden and crispy, ~2 minutes. Do not move.
- 10
Flip carefully. Toast the other side until golden, ~1.5 minutes.
- 11
