Ingredients

  • ¼ lb ground beef
  • 1 whole large flour tortilla (10-inch)
  • ¼ cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ cup round tortilla chips or fried tortilla shell, crushed
  • ½ cup lettuce, shredded
  • ¼ cup tomato, diced
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning (or cumin + chili powder + salt to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, ~90 seconds.

  2. 2

Add ground beef, breaking apart with a spoon. Cook until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.

  3. 3

Sprinkle taco seasoning over beef. Stir to coat evenly.

  4. 4

Transfer beef to a plate. Wipe skillet clean with a paper towel.

  5. 5

Lay tortilla flat. Spread sour cream on the bottom half.

  6. 6

Layer from bottom to top: lettuce, seasoned beef, crushed chips, tomato, nacho cheese sauce.

  7. 7

Fold tortilla in half, then into a triangle, pressing gently so layers stay intact.

  8. 8

Place wrapped Crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet over medium-high heat.

  9. 9

Toast until the bottom is golden and crispy, ~2 minutes. Do not move.

  10. 10

Flip carefully. Toast the other side until golden, ~1.5 minutes.

  11. 11

Remove from skillet. Let rest 1 minute before serving.
