Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ¼ lb chorizo, casing removed
  • 4 count flour tortillas
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar or oaxaca cheese
  • ¼ cup white onion, finely diced
  • 1 count jalapeño, sliced (optional)
  • 1 count fresh cilantro or lime

Instructions

    Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Add ground beef and chorizo, breaking apart with a spoon, until browned with no pink, ~6 minutes.

    Stir in diced onion and cook until soft and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
