Ingredients
- 4 tortillas corn tortillas (6-inch or smaller)
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
- 1 cup Oaxaca or mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 whole avocado
- 4 whole radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, thinly shredded
- ½ cup salsa roja or pico de gallo
- 1 whole lime
