Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

Instructions

    Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper. Toss with flour until coated.

    Heat 2 tbsp neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering.

    Add chicken and sear 6–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove to a plate.

    In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and whisk together sour cream, honey, and vinegar until smooth.

    Stir in mozzarella off heat until melted and glossy. Return chicken to coat in sauce.
