Ingredients
- 7 oz soba noodles
- 10 oz shrimp, peeled and patted dry
- 2 cups dashi broth (or instant dashi + water)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp scallions and nori (seaweed), sliced or shredded
