Ingredients
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¼ lb squid, cleaned and cut into rings
- ¼ lb scallops, side muscle removed
- 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Thai bird chili (or red chili flake)
- 1 whole lime (juiced + zested)

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

Add shrimp, squid, and scallops in a single layer. Sear without stirring for 2 minutes until edges turn opaque.

Flip the seafood, then add minced garlic and chili. Stir constantly for 60 seconds until fragrant.
