Ingredients

  • 1 ball (about 10 oz) store-bought pizza dough (room temperature)
  • 3 oz spicy salami, thinly sliced
  • 6 oz fresh mozzarella, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp hot honey (honey warmed with red pepper flakes)
  • 1 cup lightly packed fresh arugula
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup parmesan, grated

Instructions

    Heat oven to 475°F. Stretch the dough into a 10-inch round on a lightly oiled baking sheet.

    Drizzle dough with 0.5 tbsp olive oil, then scatter salami slices evenly across the surface.

    Tear mozzarella over the salami, then sprinkle parmesan and red pepper flakes on top.

    Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and edges are crispy.

    Remove from oven. Toss arugula with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt.

    Top hot pizza with arugula, drizzle with hot honey, and serve immediately.
