Ingredients
- 1 ball (about 10 oz) store-bought pizza dough (room temperature)
- 3 oz spicy salami, thinly sliced
- 6 oz fresh mozzarella, torn into bite-sized pieces
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp hot honey (honey warmed with red pepper flakes)
- 1 cup lightly packed fresh arugula
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup parmesan, grated

Heat oven to 475°F. Stretch the dough into a 10-inch round on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
