Ingredients

  • 2 pieces (or 1 store-bought pizza dough, stretched) flatbread or naan
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 6 oz deli ham, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 3 tbsp hot honey (or 2 tbsp honey mixed with 0.5 tsp hot sauce)
  • ¼ medium onion red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or basil, chopped

Instructions

    Heat oven to 425°F. Place flatbread on a sheet pan lined with parchment.

    Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over flatbread, leaving a thin border for crust.

    Tear ham into bite-sized pieces and scatter over cheese. Distribute pineapple chunks and red onion slices on top.

    Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden and crispy.

    Remove from oven. Drizzle hot honey in thin lines across the pizza.
