Ingredients
- 2 pieces (or 1 store-bought pizza dough, stretched) flatbread or naan
- 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 6 oz deli ham, sliced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 3 tbsp hot honey (or 2 tbsp honey mixed with 0.5 tsp hot sauce)
- ¼ medium onion red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or basil, chopped
