Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs pork ribs (bone-in, 2-3 inches thick)
  • 3 tbsp paprika (sweet or hot, smoked if you have it)
  • 4 cloves or 1 tbsp powder garlic (minced or powder)
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional but traditional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 to taste salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Pat pork ribs dry with paper towels. Place on a large sheet pan lined with foil.

    Combine paprika, minced garlic, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

    Rub ribs generously with olive oil on both sides, then massage the paprika mixture all over until coated.

    Roast at 450°F for 20–22 minutes until the exterior is golden-brown and crispy, edges char slightly.
