Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread (sourdough or thick-cut white)
  • 1 whole ripe avocado
  • 2 oz fresh mozzarella
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 small tomato, sliced

Instructions

    Heat oven to 400°F. Toast bread until golden, about 2–3 minutes.

    Cook prosciutto in a skillet over medium-high heat, turning once, until crispy, ~3 minutes total.
