Ingredients
- 3 whole potatoes, medium
- ½ cup paneer, crumbled
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 whole green chili, minced
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- ⅓ cup tamarind chutney
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tbsp neutral cooking oil
