Ingredients

  • 1 lb rotisserie pork, shredded
  • ¾ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 8 count corn tortillas
  • 1 whole lime
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 1 minute.

    Add shredded pork, cumin, chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir to coat.

    Cook, stirring occasionally, until edges crisp and char, 6–8 minutes. You'll smell the spices toasting.

    Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a gas flame, 15 seconds per side.
