Ingredients
- 2 pieces pork shanks (osso buco-style cuts, about 1.5 lbs total)
- ¾ cup German beer (pilsner or lager)
- 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ cup beef broth
- 4 cups red cabbage, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
