Ingredients

  • 6 oz pork belly, thinly sliced
  • 2 count steamed gua bao buns

  2. 2

Toss cooked pork with soy sauce in a small bowl.

  3. 3

Warm the gua bao buns in the skillet or a steamer basket for 30 seconds until soft and pliable.

  4. 4

Open each bun and layer the pork, pickled greens, crushed peanuts, and a spoonful of sriracha inside.
