- 3 count large egg whites
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1.5 cups fresh mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- ½ cup cherry compote or jam (store-bought)
