Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground pork
  • 2 cups napa cabbage, chopped fine
  • 2 stalks green onion, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 16 count round dumpling wrappers
  • 3 tbsp neutral cooking oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Mix ground pork, cabbage, green onion, and soy sauce in a bowl until combined.

  2. 2

Lay a dumpling wrapper flat. Add 1 tbsp filling to the center, then wet the edge with water.

  3. 3

Fold the wrapper in half to form a half-moon, pressing the edges to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

  4. 4

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

  5. 5

Place dumplings flat-side down in a single layer. Fry undisturbed for 3 minutes until golden and crispy.

  6. 6

Flip each dumpling and fry for 1 more minute. Serve hot.
