- ¾ cup water
- 6 tbsp butter, divided
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds or chopped pistachios (optional)

Knead for 2 minutes until smooth, then divide into 4 equal balls.

Roll one ball into a thin rectangle on a floured surface. Spread 1 tbsp melted butter across the dough.

Roll tightly from one long end, then coil into a spiral. Flatten the spiral back into a 6-inch square.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high. Pan-fry the msemen square 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
